With more than two decades of experience delivering major turnarounds across Europe, we have built a proven track record supporting tier-one operators including ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, and INEOS. Our core strength remains in tower services, with specialist capabilities in full column revamps, executing the removal and replacement of packed beds, trays, liquid and vapor distributors, and other internals, all in strict accordance with OEM guidelines and process specifications.

In recent years, our scope has evolved to encompass heavy mechanical engineering and complex execution, exemplified by the successful replacement of a 380TE Reactor head during the LionHeart24 turnaround at Fawley.

Kirstall has also led full unit shutdowns, managing the deployment and coordination of over 320 multi-discipline personnel, including coded welders, riggers, pipefitters, platers, and confined space/hole watch teams.
