Prior to mobilisation, our team conducts detailed inspections and verification of all components, including mechanical hardware, tray assemblies, and critical dimensional interfaces, to confirm compliance with design specifications and operational requirements.

This front-end diligence enables us to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact site activities. We also provide warranty guarantor support based on validated process conditions, reinforcing our commitment to accountability and long-term performance.

During installation, our engineers and supervisors oversee the precise placement and alignment of trays and internals, ensuring conformity with process design and mechanical tolerances.

This level of oversight reduces the risk of operational inefficiencies and unplanned downtime. Our attention to detail, combined with a strong focus on reliability and performance integrity, ensures that each installation meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and lifecycle durability.

Offshore Technical Services

We also support both OEMs and offshore operators through the provision of advanced in-situ inspection and integrity assessment services for a wide range of process internals. This includes glycol dehydration towers, mist elimination systems (mesh pad and vane-type demisters), structured and random packing media, droplet separators, inlet distributors, liquid collectors, chimney trays, support grids and distribution trays.

These inspections enable operators to maintain confidence in the mechanical integrity and operational reliability of their process internals, ensuring optimal phase separation, mass transfer efficiency, and fluid handling performance, ultimately maximising run lengths, minimising unscheduled outages, and supporting long-term asset lifecycle management.
